A $50 rebate finally gave me a good(?) excuse to get a SqueezeBox: a little thing that speaks WiFi and will play your music (from your open-source slimserver) or internet radio in incredible quality.
Setup was a treat (say emerge slimserver) and all pain self-inflicted:
- Poking holes in the firewall took a while because I realized how broken my setup was.
- It took a million years to actually enter my auto-generated, max-entropy PSK by hand.
